Thirteen luxury residences have just been released at Maraboo Island in Port Coogee. These homes all have views overlooking the world class Port Coogee Marina, which has plans underway to expand their 155 berths by approximately 70 in the coming months.
This new release at Maraboo Island Port Coogee is called the Marina View Homes. These homes have been designed by private developers Megara in conjunction with Maine Architects and will be constructed by well-known commercial and residential builder Thomas Building. Thomas are already constructing residences in the sold out previous releases on Maraboo Island.
This is the third release on Maraboo Island. The initial release of 10 Northern Canal Lots and 12 Beachside Homes was in late 2019 and sold out in just three months. This led to the early release of 10 Maraboo Cove Lots, which were 70% sold in the first month.
The Marina View Homes have sweeping views across the Marina. As part of the Marina’s expansion is a brand new boardwalk which will be constructed over the water directly across from the homes.
